In automotive new product and production process investment projects carried out on behalf of RENAULT GROUP;
- Preparation of process design studies and budget planning for BIW (press, body, paint) production lines,
- Preparation of technical specifications and tender documents,
- Technical and financial evaluation of bid, and contract signing,
- Coordination of engineering and design studies,
- Preparation and technical follow-up of material procurement files related to the design within the scope of the project,
- Supplier management,
- Direct and control of progress payment studies,
- Preparation of project quality files,
- Management of the approval process of production equipment at the supplier,
- Completion of factory acceptance tests of production equipment and monitoring of OEE targets,
- Management of necessary actions on the product and process within the framework of body assembly and adaptation to vehicle geometry.
